All Moulds are Workshop assembled and inspected before dispatched. Precast Moulds with Bent sections are fabricated on our Heavy Duty Edge Bending Machine to give a smooth & curvy Bent Edge.
We understand the importance of proper alignment and Joint Lines in all Precast Moulds.
Hence we have developed innovative Welding sequences / Clamping techniques / Shutter Joint Designs for Smooth & Faint Joint appearences. All surfaces of Precast Moulds are Finish Ground for smooth final RCC appearance.
